I’ve been into riding my bike all my life, but my interest in cycling had a resurgence in 2000 when I became a bike commuter in Seattle. My passion for cycling hasn’t gone away since and I hope it never does.
Unfortunately, I currently live too far away from my job to be a bike commuter now, but I still try and ride as often as I can. (It’s actually kind of freeing to ride just to ride, rather than to get to work.) I still use my bike for running errands in town too.
My main ride is a Gunnar Crosshairs cyclocross bike. Other bikes in my stable: a K2 Attack 2.0 mountain bike, a Trek Singletrack 930 (looks pretty close to that photo, anyway) and a fixed-gear that was once my dad’s old ten-speed.
Full disclosure: I also have a blog at http://davidllee.wordpress.com and may end up referring to it or vice versa every so often, like above.
